On his next return to Nepal he will open a pizzeria, since Katmandu is frequented by many tourists during the year, curious and climbers seen the great peaks offered by the Himalayan chain and neighboring Tibet.
During the week of the course we decided to prepare one of the most popular pizzas in his country of origin. It is a focaccia with the addition of fresh sliced tomato, the filling of the tortellino called Momo, onions and savoy cabbage cut into thin strips.
