For the preparation we used a super dough with the back 48 hours of maturation. After a careful drafting Janaina added tomato, the mozzarella into small pieces, thin slices of bacon rolled and finally a generous topping of sweet corn.
Immediately fired in our hot wood-burning oven where it took just over a minute to achieve the perfect golden brown and then baked. Two fresh basil leaves and ... ready to be devoured.
