This is a very special and creative pizza, besides being very nice to see. In the summer version of this delicious pizza, we have prepared a simple polenta, allowed to cool in a thin layer and then cut into cubes, precisely in place of corn. To give just the right touch of flavor we added salami into cubes. A pinch of salt, delicious mushroom cream and go in the oven at a temperature of 300 Celsius degrees. Our pizza will be ready and golden at the right point 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the fresh arugula and serve while still hot to your guests.
