A delicious pizza, light, perfect for the spring season and beyond. The mix of its ingredients, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, arugula, prosciutto and parmesan flakes, make this recipe, simple and quick to realize, a tasty pizza called pizza spring. For all those who want to try to prepare it at home, propose that this very simple recipe that involves cooking of a pizza with only mozzarella, then freshly baked, are added to all the other raw ingredients.
The doses for 4 pizza spring
Flour “0” 625 grams
Water 375 grams
Sale 15 grams
Yeast 1,2 grams
Sugar 10 grams
Oil 2-3 spoons
