After about an hour flattened balls to obtain 4 discs of dough by the diameter of 30 cm. Seasoned with tomato, artichokes into wedges and ham cubes. Add the mozzarella and bake in your oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 15 minutes check the doneness of pizzas, and baked only when the board will prove to be perfectly golden.

Advice: The success of the pizza at home is very dependent on cooking in the oven. And warm it very well before baking pizzas and never open the oven door to check for doneness.
