Perfect Pizza Recipe of Gorgonzola and Walnuts
The preparation:
Roll out the balls of dough to form the disks of dough the diameter of about 30 cm. If you want to add tomatoes to your pizza, this is the time to do it. Add to your pizza a generous layer of mozzarella, gorgonzola and walnuts previously shelled. A pinch of salt and bake in the oven pre-heated to 250 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes, until the edge will prove to be perfectly golden.
Remove from the oven and add a few leaves of fresh basil.
