Our professional pizzaiolo courses take place in specially equipped laboratories located in the province of Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

HOW MANY DAYS LONG COURSE PIZZAIOLO PROFESSIONAL?
Our professional course lasts 5 days, usually it takes place from Monday to Friday, 40 hours of lessons.

HOW MANY PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN THE COURSE Pizzaioli?

WHICH IS’ THE AIRPORT NEAREST TO GET IN YOUR SCHOOL?
The best solution is the airport of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino. Just before the exit of airports there is a bus station. Depart from them every day many buses arriving directly to our school in about 2 hours. The ticket price is about 20 euro. E’ You can make the ticket directly in the bus.

HOW MUCH IS THE COURSE?
The professional course of pizza costs 499 euro. You do not have to pay any advance, you will pay the sum of the first day of class.

ISSUED A CERTIFICATE?
Our school of pizza makers will issue a certificate of participation in the professional course, and if you request a cover letter certifying that you have done the preparation in our school.

WHICH IS’ THE LEVEL OF PREPARATION OF YOUR COURSE?
A fine corso, all pizza makers who have attended our professional course pizza maker will be able to prepare pizza anywhere in the world where there will be an oven. Our pizza makers have an exceptional preparation for what regards knowledge of flour for pizza, what to buy and which to use to make a quality pizza, They will be the technical experts of the leavening. WHAT DO I HAVE TO PACK BEFORE LEAVING?
To work in a lab where food is handled, you must you wear a white T-shirt, or a chef's jacket, do not forget that we will work with the flour. The hat pizza chef you will be provided from our school. I recommend you take with you during class a notebook for notes if you do not have a good memory.

I DO NOT SPEAK ITALIAN, E’ A PROBLEM?
Our pizza school is International. We have every month people arriving from anywhere in the world, Europe, USA, Africa, Asia and South America. Our lessons are in Italian, English or Portuguese, on request Spanish.

I HAVE TO BOOK THE FLIGHT, WHAT DO I HAVE TO GET THE DAY? WHEN DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE RETURN FLIGHT?
To avoid you any kind of stressful journey, we suggest you arrive at the airport on Sunday. 2 the bus trip and six hours at the hotel for Sunday night. Monday morning began the course. The classes will end on Friday afternoon, then you can already book your flight home the following Saturday. If your return flight is on Saturday or Sunday, no problem, you can stop any additional nights in hotel 30 EUR per night including breakfast.
