The pizza caprese as we all surely know, inherited its name from the most famous Caprese salad, typical recipe of the island Capri.
It is now widespread throughout the Italian. Contrary to what you may think, the caprese pizza is a dish suitable for all seasons, simple, fresh and light. The ingredients that compose it are: buffalo mozzarella and “cuore di bue” salad tomatoes” which must be cut into thin slices and placed on top of a freshly baked hot focaccia. Of crucial importance is the oregano and fresh basil with its scents complete this delicious pizza.
Pizza Caprese: The Recipe to prepare a House
Prepare the cake is simple: With the dosage regimen in our recipe, you will get 3 pizzas diameter 28-30 cm, be stuffed to prepare your pizza caprese.
Recipe for focaccia:
Flour type “O” 550 grams

Preparation of focaccia:
