To prepare seafood pizza, start by preparing the pizza dough. In a bowl, mix flour, sale, yeast and water to obtain a soft and smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Meantime, prepare the tomato sauce. In a pot, Sauté the garlic and olive oil. Add the peeled tomatoes and salt, and cook over medium heat for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you get a thick sauce.

Once the pasta and sauce are ready, spread the dough on an oiled pizza pan. Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta, and spread seafood on top.
At Last, cover with grated mozzarella(this recipe calls for mozzarella, other recipes don't.) and bake for approx 15-20 minutes 220 degrees.
