Sweet and Sour Onions How To Prepare Them. Today we are talking about a very tasty dish, widely used in pizzerias for the filling of pizzas, but also as a side dish or even as an aperitif or appetizer.

It is also a perfect side dish to accompany meat or fish dishes, also great for stuffing burgers.

The sweet and sour taste makes this ingredient very appetizing, therefore also suitable for combining very different ingredients.

The preparation of Onions Sweet & Sour it's fast, take a few minutes. You can use the red onion of Tropea, but also the fresh onion is not bad.

Today's delicious vegan pizza

The pizza Sabina made today is truly delicious, suitable for those who follow the vegan and non-vegan diet. It is a pizza with a Genovese pesto base with a grilled potato topping, Red peppers, and cherry tomatoes.

For this special occasion we have dusted off a much loved ingredient in Italian cuisine. The pillow, famous in the preparation of the recipe for spaghetti alla carbonara and on pizza it is no exception.

Today's delicious focaccia

This focaccia is suitable for both the heat of summer and short, cold winter days. After rolling out the dough, add some cherry tomatoes on the pizza and bake.

Pizza With Gorgonzola Sausage and Vegetables. Welcome back to the many pizzas we prepare in the laboratories of our pizza school. Today we are going to make an absolutely delicious pizza, it is one of my favorite pizzas, strong taste.

This is the famous pizza with the gorgonzola with the addition of sausage and grilled vegetables. Very easy to prepare even at home. It is not difficult preparation.

How to prepare this succulent pizza

Roll out your dough ball, add the tomato with the help of a spoon, add the gorgonzola cheese, crumble the sausage on the pizza and finally add the mozzarella and the previously grilled vegetables.

Bake in your oven at high temperature until completely golden. When it's ready, Remove from the oven and serve hot to your guests.

How to Make Barbecue Sauce

How to Make Barbecue Sauce. Perfect to be combined with all meats. It works great, just open the container and pour it over the meat. Scherzo!!! Let's try to prepare our only one salsa barbecue, without preservatives and without chemical additives. Success is guaranteed.

Don't forget that this sauce is also perfect for marinating our meats before grilling them.

Recipe for barbecue sauce

200 grams of tomato sauce

A spoonful of tomato paste

2 spoons of mustard

two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

3 spoons of vinegar

A chilli

1 onion

A clove of garlic

20 grams of butter

Tabasco q.b.

How to Make Barbecue Sauce

Melt the butter in a pan with the garlic clove and onion, when they are browned, add the tomato puree, the concentrate and mustard, chilli sugar and vinegar. Cook for 20 minutes over very low heat. Turn off the heat and pass everything through a colander adding the salt, tabasco and worcestershire sauce.

It can be used by adding it to grilled meats, as a condiment on your favorite dishes, it is also recommended for marinating your meats before grilling. On fried potatoes it is an absolute delight.
