Today together with our friend Cesar who comes from Switzerland and has signed up for our practical course to become a pizza maker, we will prepare a special pizza, we will use an unusual but at the same time delicious ingredient.
Pizza with Tomato Bacon Mozzarella Stracciatella and Black Olives
Stracciatella does not need to be melted on pizza in the oven, therefore it must be added at the end of cooking. It is very easy to spread as it is quite liquid, just a spoon and that's it.
Even if in Italy the cream on the pizza is little used, try to go on vacation to Portugal, you will find that you will find many pizzas with the addition of cream on the menu of pizzerias or restaurants.
After rolling out the dough, add the tomato, the pancetta cut into very thin slices and put in the oven.
As soon as you reach the perfect browning, take it out of the oven, add the buffalo mozzarella stracciatella, black olives and a few basil leaves in the center and serve hot to your lucky customers.
