Pizza With Ham and Mushrooms. Today is the turn of one of the "Classic" pizzas that never goes out of style. This is the famous pizza with cooked ham and sautéed mushrooms.

Usually this pizza is prepared on a tomato and mozzarella base. The tomato-free version is also not bad at all, I'm talking about the "Boscaiola" version.

Preparing pizza

After a quick draft, we added the tomato, the chopped cooked ham, the trifoliate mushrooms and finally the chopped mozzarella.

A couple of minutes in our wood oven and it is immediately ready to be enjoyed.
