Joining them this morning in laboratories of our school pizza we have prepared a really super pizza from summer flavor.

We're talking about a simple and refreshing with a pizza with mozzarella and baked after it we added a topping previously prepared with a fresh tuna salad with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, cherry tomatoes and diced red onion thin slices.

For the preparation of this Otavio pizza used a mixture with 48 hours of maturation. After a perfect leavening has stretched the dough, He added the diced mozzarella and immediately baked in our wood oven where it took just over a minute to achieve the perfect golden brown.

Pizza with Tomato Bacon Tomato and Pecorino. This week in the laboratories of our "Pizza Cook School"Despite the heat and holidays, we regularly present unabated. To prepare this pizza we used a mixture with 48 hours of maturation. After helping draft with a spoon we added the tomato, slices of bacon rolled and a pinch of oregano. At this point we fired pizza.

Pizza Sauce Recipe and Preparation. During my last holiday in a Mediterranean region known I was very impressed by the popularity of pizza in Italy is not as popular. This is the pizza sauce, or if you prefer you can call it "Pizza alla Bolognese".

Pizza Stuffed With Tuna and Tomato Mozzarella. Ugh it's hot!! We are in the middle of summer, with temperatures sometimes reaching 40 degrees. In our "School of Pizza Makers"We struggle daily against climate warm and that of our wood-burning oven.

Today, along with Leandro who just this week is playing the practical course to become a pizza maker we decided to cook a pizza to fight this oppressive heat. It is a fresh pizza, suited to this climate.
